Filling machine for valve bags
Valve bag filling machines typically feature a variety of technologies such as weighing systems, pneumatic valves, and automated controls to streamline operations. They are versatile and capable of handling a wide range of materials including powders, granules, and pellets across industries like agriculture, chemicals, and food processing.
The valve bag filling process involves the bag being placed onto the machine’s spout, where the valve is opened to allow material to flow in. Once the bag reaches the predetermined weight or volume, the valve is closed, and the bag is discharged.
The valve bag filling machine’s feeding system is based on the product’s characteristics; it is available with an automatic bag attachment device, a buffer conveyor for stacking empty valve bags, as well as with equipment for sealing the bag spout.
Capacity: Ranges from approx. 150 to 200 bags/hour.
At higher capacities, the system is extended to include additional filling stations.
