Robot palletizing with a side press unit
One of our palletizing options is the palletizing with side pressure unit where each layer is pressed from all sides.
This solution is often used to reduce a potential bag overhang on the pallet.
The system with side press unit is also used if the bag has very low friction and therefore needs help to stay in the correct position on the pallet.
When the next layer of bags is placed on the pallet, the previous layer is locked in position, making the pallet stable and ready for further handling.
