Bigbags from pallet
With a fully automatic bigbag filling system you get a solution that is especially suitable for 4 loop bigbags. This technical system is adjustable, so that it can be adapted to the customer’s bag height.
Usually, this fully automatic bigbag filling system is used for products with lower capacities up to 40 bigbags/hour, within many different industries, such as petrochemical, chemical, building and mining.
Bigbags from roll dispenser
For handling bulk material such as fertilizers, crops, pellets, etc. it is valuable to invest in a fully automatic bigbag filling system, where the 1, 4 and 5-loop bigbags are fed from a roll dispenser.
The roll of bigbags is placed on an unrolling unit which separates the bigbags one by one and opens the filling spout preparing the bigbag to be picked up by the robot.
By automating your packaging line, the working environment is significantly improved.

Bigbag types for automatic filling:
1-loop with or without liner
The 1-loop bigbag is available with and without liner. It has a simple construction with a round shape, and it is delivered on a roll.
Liner material is PE or woven PP.
This type of bigbag is normally used for high capacity products, such as fertilizers, crops, building materials, pellets, etc.
1 + 4 loop bigbag with or without liner
The 1+4 loop bigbag is an alternative bag to the traditional 4-loop bigbag.
It has the advantage that the final customer can still handle the bag as a 4-loop bigbag, yet the bag can still be handled and filled as the traditional 1-loop bigbag, giving a much higher filling capacity.
The 1+4 loop bigbag is available with and without liner. It has a simple construction with a round shape and 4 loops attached to the body, and it is delivered on a roll.
Liner material is PE or woven PP.
This type of bigbag is normally used for medium to high-capacity products, such as fertilizers, crops, building materials, pellets, etc.
4-loop with liner
The 4-loop bigbag is square shaped, and is applied in customized technical constructions. This bigbag is delivered on a roll, but can also be integrated in a solution from pallet.
Liner material is PE, Woven PP, aluminium, and others.
Normally, this type of bigbag is used for lower capacity products, such as chemicals, hygroscopic materials and purged materials.
