For handling bulk material such as fertilizers, crops, pellets, etc. it is valuable to invest in a fully automatic bigbag filling system, where the 1, 4 and 5-loop bigbags are fed from a roll dispenser. The roll of bigbags is placed on an unrolling unit which separates the bigbags one by one and opens the filling spout preparing the bigbag to be picked up by the robot.

By automating your packaging line, the working environment is notably improved.

Monotonous and repetitive work is avoided, and by reducing the need for manual product handling you also reduce the risk of operator's exposure to dust and hazardous chemicals.

How it works

The bigbags are placed in the unwinder, and will be transported to the opening device, where the filling spout is opened. The robot picks up the bigbag and places it on the filling tube. The machine is fitted with an inflatable spout to avoid dust issues during the filling cycle. The bigbag is centered in the vertical direction and rotated to be correctly placed on the pallet with a unique PanPac system. The system is currently Patent Pending.

The bigbag is now ready for automatic filling.
