Filling solutions with bigbags from roll dispenser

For handling bulk material such as fertilizers, crops, pellets, etc. it is valuable to invest in a fully automatic bigbag filling system, where the 1, 4 and 5-loop bigbags are fed from a roll dispenser. The roll of bigbags is placed on an unrolling unit which separates the bigbags one by one and opens the filling spout preparing the bigbag to be picked up by the robot.

How it works

The bigbags are placed in the unwinder, and will be transported to the opening device, where the filling spout is opened. The robot picks up the bigbag and places it on the filling tube. The machine is fitted with an inflatable spout to avoid dust issues during the filling cycle. The bigbag is centered in the vertical direction and rotated to be correctly placed on the pallet with a unique PanPac system. The system is currently Patent Pending.
