Support

Remote support is one of the tools we use to provide service to our customers. It is a major advantage that we are able to identify a problem via connection to the customer’s system and help the customer fix it.

Our foreign customers especially benefit from this solution, where our programmers have the opportunity to log into the software program used and identify the cause of an operational stoppage. We can also integrate a camera solution for better assistance and troubleshooting.

PanPac 24/7 support in combination with a service package to fit to customer need, can be combined with a local service and maintenance support, to give the customer a reliable and safe daily production.

Spare Parts

We have a large stock of components and spare parts that are available 24 hours a day.

With increasing demands for streamlined packaging lines, it is extremely important for the customer to receive rapid assistance in connection with operational shutdown.

Everything is registered in our IT system, which shows our fitters and service department the location, so that one of our many service vehicles can quickly be packed and dispatched to the customer – this includes service jobs in Europe.

As for overseas customers, we can deliver spare parts by ship, or we can ship the spare parts by airfreight.
