PanPac Engineering A/S introduces a new fully automatic big bag filling system for the food and dairy industries, with a focus on hygiene, safety, and efficiency. The solution is targeted at High Care environments and combines advanced filling technology with reliable automation.

“The market has been calling for a fully automated solution with robotic big bag handling, combining high-end hygienic design with reliability and flexibility. The new big bag filling system fully meets these demands—and then some,” says Morten Nysted, CEO of PanPac Engineering A/S.

“We’ve placed great emphasis on developing an automatic bigbag filling system for High Care production lines with strict hygiene standards. What makes our new High Care automatic filling system unique is that it eliminates the risk of product contamination from operators. Additionally, the solution is fully automatic, reducing repetitive and monotonous tasks,” Morten Nysted elaborates.

The new system is developed to meet the strictest food and product safety requirements in a production line. The filling system is designed in stainless steel with hygienic surfaces, easy cleaning, and minimal risk of cross-contamination. At the same time, it offers high filling precision, dust-free handling, and the possibility for integration with existing process systems.

The launch marks another step in PanPac’s strategy to offer innovative and customer-tailored solutions to high-end industrial segments, both nationally and internationally.
