On Funen, the cheese powder factory, Kerry Ingredients is producing cheese powder for food producers all over the world.
Background
One and a half years ago, PanPac Engineering installed a complete full automatic palletizing solution for Kerry Ingredients. The solution can handle palletizing and pallet wrapping, depalletizing as well as handling of bigbags.
This optimization of the production line means that the palletizing capacity reaches 280 bags/hour while at the same time, it has a repalletizing capacity of 3 x 40 bags/hour.

Installation
According to Lars Birn, the technical manager at Kerry, the palletizing line is working really well, and he has been very satisfied with PanPac during the entire installation process.
Service on our PanPac palletizing system is 1-2 times a year, and they (PanPac) plan the time of service check, according to our production planning, explains Lars Birn.
