Large scale advanced filling solutions for Albemarle
One of Albemarle’s investment projects in Australia included 4 fully automatic bigbag filling systems and 2 semi-automatic filling systems from PanPac Engineering – a large scale project that PanPac has been very pleased to handle, due to the complex and demanding, technical requirements.

Factory acceptance testing
“We have some very stringent packaging weight tolerances and material specifications that PanPac have been able to meet.
We have witnessed factory acceptance tests for each of the packaging lines produced and the equipment has performed extremely favorably.
During the testing we have stress tested the machines to confirm throughput, as well as triggering fault conditions to confirm the machines can tolerate non standard conditions.”
A wealth of packaging experience

Upon our first inspection of PanPac’s manufacturing facilities, we were very impressed. They utilize a bar coding system to track components and have a well-organized stores facility.
We were able to quickly inspect the progress of the manufacturing process of our equipment by simply checking the labelling of the equipment within the workshop.”
