1 or 4 loop of bigbags
Our bulk bag filling can fill large bags efficiently and precisely with various types of free-flowing bulk materials. The solution is available for filling big bags with 1-, 2-, or 4-loops.
The 1-loop bigbag is available with or without a liner and is commonly used for high-capacity materials such as fertilizers, crops, building materials, and pellets. An alternative option is the 1+4 loop bigbag, which offers even higher filling capacity. This is also available with or without a liner.
For lower-capacity materials, such as chemicals, purged products, and hygroscopic materials, the 4-loop bigbag provides a more suitable choice for optimizing your production line.
Bigbags from pallet
At PanPac, we also offer systems for handling bigbags directly from pallets. This enables precise and automated lifting of big bags from pallets, reducing manual handling and optimizing your overall production line. Our automated bigbag solution facilitates accurate placement on filling tubes, allowing smooth, dust-free operations while maintaining high capacity production.

Bigbags from roll dispenser
Like our solution for bigbags from pallets, our bigbags from roll dispenser system is designed to handle various material types and can be adjusted to meet your specific needs. The 1-, 4-, or 5-loop big bags are fed from a roll dispenser and placed on an unrolling unit, which separates the bags individually for seamless handling of materials, such as fertilizers, crops or pellets.
Semi-automatic filling
PanPac semi-automatic bigbag filling systems combine automated material delivery and weighing with manual supervision. This helps to provide greater control and monitoring of the process. In this setup, an operator places the big bag on the filling spout and the system controls the precise filling process. Once the bag is filled, the operator secures it and prepares it for transportation.
Our solution features both an automatic weighing unit, pallet magazine, user-friendly touch screen and is designed to handle many different capacities, depending on product and operator.
