About PanPac
PanPac Engineering is an innovative automation company in Northern Jutland. We have many years of experience within automation, which is why our core competencies are automatic bigbag filling and robot palletizing.
All of our company work functions are placed at the same address in Pandrup - it gives a daily high quality and effecient process that no functions are outsourced.
The company was founded in 2003 by Morten Nysted and Torben Mogensen, both have been working in the automation business most of their work life. They have achieved a lot of expertise and knowhow within automation during the years and have been able to successfully grow the company into a medium-sized, reliable, and not least a professional supplier of packaging solutions.
Markets worldwide
With focus on globalization, PanPac has successfully penetrated markets in other continents. Our export network therefore spans across Europe, USA, Australia, and Asia, enabling us to serve a broad spectrum of customers within industries such as petrochemicals, building, food, feed and minerals.
Competent employees
PanPac has approximately 60 dedicated and experienced employees, all of us working in the same direction as a unity, all of us with a meaningful position in PanPac. Many of our employees have held their positions for years gaining a unique set of skills and qualifications through training, courses, and continuing education whenever it is required.
With this insight and experience we aim at providing our customers with the best service as possible in every aspect of the business relation, that is before, during and after a project installation.
Project Management and Engineering
Project management and engineering plays an important part in PanPac when a potential order in the sales department turns into an actual project.
Efficient project planning
In close teamwork between sales and construction department, as well as the experienced programmers in the electric department and the trained fitters in the workshop, all our projects are being carried out with care and consideration.
We know how
The perfect combination of competence and technology is our knowhow. We continuously keep up to date with the development of programs and solutions within automation, while at the same time developing and patenting new solutions ourselves.
Even though we are very experienced in our business, we still team up with students from the university or tech college to develop new, innovative projects. This is a win-win situation, as the students use their knowledge and skills in practice, and PanPac recognizes new ways of perspective – we deliver the smart and effective layout to our customers.
PanPac cares
In PanPac, we have focus on taking on an extra social responsibility for citizens who are far away from the labour market, by, among other things, offering flexible jobs. In addition, we have chosen to support charitable initiatives and sponsorships such as local athletes, the Cancer Foundation and ParaSport Denmark, as well as an orphanage in Kenya.
When it comes to environmentally friendly measures, we have improved our waste handling by sorting scrap waste, cardboard and plastic, and our heating systems and lightening have been optimized.
